In 2005, Chad Bryant and two partners opened their doors as full-service surveying and engineering firm. Ocmulgee, Inc. provided quality service to the southeast. Within that time the company grew and expanded its services.

In 2018, Ocmulgee Inc. began operating as Bryant Engineering, LLC, under the direction of Chad Bryant. Bryant Engineering continues to offer engineering, planning, and consulting services, just as it had before for over 12 years. The change has allowed him to concentrate his efforts on strengthening client relationships and services within his field of expertise.
