Meet Our President
Chad R. Bryant, P.E.
President
Chad R. Bryant is a professional engineer and has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering. His experience has focused on construction and project management, planning, and design. Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Georgia Southern University. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their six children, Bradley, Ashlyn, Carson, Austin, Colton, and Cameron.
Meet Our Team
John-Michael Cosey
Project Engineer
John-Michael is a civil engineer graduate from Kennesaw State University. He specializes in designing hydrology studies for residential and commercial developments. Previously, he has experience on the construction side of projects and working with surveying crews. He is an avid outdoorsman and tennis player who loves to work with his hands.
David Tucker
Engineering Technician
David is an engineering technician and has worked in this industry for over 30 years. He graduated from Central Georgia Technical College with a drafting diploma. Outside the office, David loves hot rod cars and enjoys playing on the computer. He and his wife Amy have three children, Cassy, Dawson, and Meredith.
Lindsay Bryant Young
Office Manager
Lindsay has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia College & State University. She has been with the company since inception in 2005. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Chris, have six children, Kaylin, Elijah, Lila Kate, Easton, Asher, and David.
Courtney Bryant
Engineering Coordinator
Courtney is an engineering coordinator with over a decade of experience in administration. She is married to Chad and helps coordinate in several areas with the team, including property management. She and Chad have a passion for restoring historic buildings and spending time with their six children, Bradley, Ashlyn, Carson, Austin, Colton, and Cameron.
Vasav Patel
Engineering Technician
Vasav is an engineering technician and has worked in Construction industry for over 20 years. He has a science degree from India. When not in office, Vasav enjoys walking and trekking. He and his wife Sonal have a daughter, Shreeja.
